Reindex is hosted on servers currently located in Germany, a country with very strict data protection laws. The library needs only a PC, or MAC, and network access.
Librarians and patrons access the relevant services with a browser on their computer, tablet, or phone. All browsers in newer versions are supported.
The system offers a number of light weight services that ensure a fast response time.
